Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and staff management.
* Supervise and train kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
* Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
* Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage food costs effectively.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace.
* Provide excellent service by ensuring timely delivery of meals to guests.

* Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
* Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques.
* Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
* In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
