What you'll be doing
As an Application Support Developer, you will play a key role in keeping our critical applications performing at their best. You will:
1. Provide 2nd line support on complex, bespoke internal applications
2. Take ownership of challenging issues and drive them through to resolution
3. Work across a broad range of technical tasks, contributing to incident, problem, and knowledge management
4. Join our on-call rota, offering technical support 24/7, 365 days a year
5. Collaborate with internal teams and 3rd-party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
6. Help maintain and improve production and internal environments—with a focus on automation
