Fulkrum, a global leader in inspection, expediting, auditing and technical staffing services, is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Analyst.
About the role
As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You will support a wide range of day‑to‑day commercial activities and play an important role in helping the team deliver high‑quality, timely, and commercially focused support across the business.
This is a varied role that will provide exposure to commercial operations, bid and tender activity, client onboarding, due diligence and business development support.
Key responsibilities
* Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Table of Reference (TOR), and deliverables
* Lead Expressions of Interest (EOI), market surveys and tender prequalification activities
* Review contracts and agreements, identifying key negotiation points and challenges
* Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration and due diligence processes
* Maintain memberships and subscriptions
* Support the onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register
* Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides
* Collaborate on business development event summaries and presentation materials
* Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments
* Issue and maintain Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) statistics, forms and documentation
