Day to day: Creating project plans, setting timelines, and tracking progress to ensure everything runs smoothly and deadlines are met Monitoring team capacity and making sure projects move forward efficiently across all areas of the business Developing and maintaining internal processes and policies Producing and analysing data using tools like Excel, Survey Monkey and Mailchimp, and presenting key insights Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and marketing materials Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, webinars and conference calls, and handling agendas and minutes Acting as a point of contact for clients and suppliers - managing enquiries, welcoming visitors, and handling calls professionally Supporting events, including setup and on-the-day coordination Updating the company website and reporting on SEO and web trendsWhat we're looking for: Proven experience in project planning and delivery Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Previous experience leading or supporting a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-standard work Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Experience in a client-facing role and confident supporting events/workshops A can-do attitude, flexible mindset and eagerness to learnWhat's on offer: Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 Monday to Friday role Hybrid working opportunity Private healthcare Quarterly team incentives Annual profit share bonus Annual pay review A warm and welcoming team environment Great variety across different areas of the business
