What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a teacher who is:
* Experienced or passionate about supporting pupils with PMLD and complex needs.
* Patient, creative, and able to deliver differentiated, sensory-based learning.
* Skilled at working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams (therapists, teaching assistants, carers, etc.).
* A strong communicator who can build meaningful connections with both students and their families.
* A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) – though we also welcome unqualified teachers or instructors with significant SEN experience.
