Engineering Administrator – Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Join a purpose-driven team making a real difference in food and biodiversity! We are seeking a motivated Engineering Administrator to support our Engineering & Maintenance department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and coordinate the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) system.
* Manage spares inventory, suppliers, budgets, and contracts.
* Assist with project management, facilities work orders, and purchase orders.
* Support data management, analysis, and improvement initiatives.
* Help improve communication between Engineers, Shift Managers, and wider teams.
* Generate or update SOPs, procedures, and manage contractors.
* Ensure compliance with Food Safety, H&S, Quality, and COSHH standards.
Skills & Experience:
* Degree or relevant experience in food manufacturing (preferred).
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Intermediate Excel and Word; basic SAP knowledge.
* Ability to liaise effectively with contractors and stakeholders.
* Proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
