NEC Project Management Manager with Bridge structures/construction experience is needed to provide specialist constructability and buildability support in the delivery of main Civil Works. The role is largely site-based at one of our delivery offices within a 1-hour drive from Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* NEC Contract Administration
* Stakeholder Management
* Progress Monitoring (Quantities and Time)
* CPI/SPI assessment
* Change Management
* Risk Management
This is a 6-month contract with an hourly rate based on experience. The role requires 3 days on-site per week (schedule to be decided weekly) and 2 days WFH.
Required experience includes:
* Major infrastructure projects
* Rail, Highways, and Structures
* On-site work with contractors
* NEC contract administration
* Risk management
