Temporary KS3 Teacher - SEMH Secondary School

Contract: Full-time, term 1

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Key Stage 3 Teacher to join a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) secondary school on a temporary basis.

About the Role:
Teaching a range of subjects across KS3
Supporting students with SEMH needs in a small class setting
Working closely with a supportive team of staff, including teaching assistants and pastoral leads
Delivering engaging, tailored lessons to meet the needs of individual learners
Managing behaviour positively and consistently
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience working in SEMH, SEN or PRU settings (preferred but not essential)
A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
