We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Customer Success to support our merchants in driving product adoption, engagement, and growth across Unbxd’s solutions. You will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and contribute to revenue retention and expansion initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

* Own a portfolio of Enterprise B2B clients, serving as their primary strategic advisor and advocate.
* Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business objectives and KPIs to align Netcore Unbxd solutions with their growth goals.
* Conduct regular Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to present performance metrics, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Retention & Growth

* Proactively monitor customer health scores and usage metrics to identify churn risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
* Drive net dollar retention (NDR) by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your book of business.
* Manage contract renewals, including negotiation of terms and pricing, ensuring high retention rates.


What We Are Looking For

Experience

* 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, specifically within the B2B SaaS industry.
* Proven track record of managing Enterprise-level accounts with annual contract values (ACV) of $100k+.
* Experience with MarTech, E-commerce, or AI/Search technology is highly preferred.


Skills & Competencies

* Executive Presence: Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
* Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable analyzing complex data sets to prove ROI and make evidence-based recommendations.
* Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts (APIs, integrations) and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong experience in contract renewal negotiations and commercial discussions.
