As Senior IT Support Partner, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-first service desk function, supporting colleagues across the organisation with Level 1 to Level 3 technical issues. You will demonstrate a positive, solution-focused approach, take ownership of issues and ensuring clear, respectful communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will work with a wide range of enterprise technologies to support hardware, software, and applications, ensuring that technical problems are resolved efficiently and that any training or documentation needs are proactively addressed. A critical aspect of the role is maintaining the right balance between excellent service delivery and robust security practices, ensuring that customer needs are met without compromising data integrity or system safety.
This operational role also includes responsibility for responding to system service failures and disaster recovery events, coordinating with suppliers, and keeping stakeholders informed. While the post does not carry budget responsibility, it requires a high level of accountability, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
There are many benefits to working at South Lakes Housing, including a great salary, excellent pension scheme and Hybrid Working, where your tasks can be done remotely at home. You will have the opportunity to be part of the out of hours IT standby rota (additional remuneration will be paid)
