Responsibilities
* Commercial awareness: Strong commercial mindset with the ability to improve sales performance through structured analysis, pipeline visibility, and disciplined execution.
* Analytical capability: Strong ability to analyse trends, risks, and opportunities, translating data and research into actionable commercial insight.
* Commercial reporting & modelling: Experience producing and maintaining sales, pipeline, including basic financial modelling such as pricing, margin analysis, and business case support.
* Commercial coordination: Comfortable working across sales, finance, and operational teams to coordinate bids, proposals, and commercial initiatives.
* Technical proficiency: Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel is essential.
* Proactive Approach: A self‑starter with a willingness to take ownership and move initiatives forward.
* Detail‑oriented: A focus on accuracy, clarity, and delivering logical, decision‑useful outputs.
* Communication & stakeholder management: Confident communicator, able to engage and coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and regions.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in a commercial, analytical, or finance‑related role.
* Experience in data analysis and translating research into market intelligence is essential.
* Exposure to sales environments or commercial pipeline management is preferred.
* A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Economics, Business, or a similar field would be advantageous but not essential.
