Job Description
3. Process and manage supplier invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.
4. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records.
5. Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.
6. Respond to supplier queries promptly and professionally.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
9. Support the wider Accounting & Finance department with ad hoc tasks.
10. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within accounts payable functions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
12. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
13. Proficiency in financial software and systems.
14. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
15. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
16. Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
