Job Title: Payroll Officer
đź’· Salary: Up to ÂŁ29,500 + great benefits
🏢 Working Structure: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
đź“Ť Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Prepare weekly and monthly payroll runs across multiple sites
Ensure all payroll amendments are accurately reflected in the payroll system
Act as a point of contact for payroll queries from employees and hospital workforce teams
Perform ad-hoc payroll requests as required
Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of all payroll-related activities
🙌 Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in payroll within a multi-site organisation
Knowledge of Unit 4 payroll system is preferred (not essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payrolls simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal
Team player with ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
