We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Tutors/Teaching Assistants to work in our amazing school.
You will be working with children with autism, implementing learning and behaviour programs set by our qualified teachers and behaviour specialist using techniques based on the principles of ABA.
You will work either 1-to-1 with pupils or in small groups of pupils (typically no more than 2-3 pupils per group), ensuring the daily needs of our pupils are met in a professional, competent, safe and fun school environment.
This is a fun and rewarding hands-on role, where no two days are the same. You will need to be creative, energetic and committed to providing an excellent school experience to our pupils.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference to children’s lives by enabling them to learn, thrive and achieve.
Full training will be provided and there are great opportunities for career progression. Enthusiasm, reliability, being a team player and a self starter are key skills required for the role.

The DBS check will reveal both spent and unspent convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings, and any other information held by local police that’s considered relevant to the role. Any information that is “protected” under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 will not appear on a DBS certificate.
For posts in regulated activity, the DBS check will include a relevant barred list check (Children’s and/or Adults barred list check depending on the role).
