Fletcher Bond is a firm of RICS registered chartered surveyors, founded in 2016 when we spotted a gap in the market for more ambitious solutions to complex property situations.
We achieve outsized outcomes for commercial and private clients across the UK through advisory, restructuring and real estate services. Satisfied customers include banks such as Aldermore and Handelsbanken, and we partner with legal firms including Glaisyers and JMW as well as insolvency practitioners like Begbies Traynor.
We describe our ethos as “The art of the possible.”
Whether our clients want a property portfolio to perform better, or they’re facing a complicated insolvency event, our starting point is to find an inventive solution rather than accept the status quo.
We do this by hiring people who have real-world property and construction experience, commercial acumen and a mindset of continual improvement.
