About the Role At Redcentric, the Receptionist plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our company, ensuring smooth and professional communication while supporting daily office operations. Key Objectives Provide exceptional front desk service and represent Redcentric’s values with professionalism and warmth. Manage incoming communications and coordinate office activities to maintain an efficient work environment. Support administrative tasks that contribute to seamless business operations. Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees promptly and courteously. Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system. Manage the scheduling of meeting rooms and coordinate appointments as needed. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries efficiently. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies. Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards at all times. Requirements Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional and approachable demeanor with a customer-focused attitude. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or customer service training is a plus.
