Overview
Prestigious global law firm is recruiting for a Head of Facilities to lead their UK and Ireland operations. The position involves delivering an exceptional service across a multisite portfolio covering all hard and soft services and developing and leading a large team. You will have experience of and be comfortable with senior level diplomacy, have outstanding communication skills and a true focus on outstanding customer service, anticipating needs. The role is heavily involved in multiple and ongoing projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead UK and Ireland facilities operations across a multisite portfolio, covering all hard and soft services.
* Develop and lead a large facilities team.
* Engage at senior levels with diplomacy, outstanding communication, and a customer service focus that anticipates needs.
* Manage multiple ongoing projects with a strong emphasis on delivery and results.
Qualifications
* Senior experience managing high end facilities services in a professional services environment.
* Experience reporting and presenting at partner level.
* High end relocation and refit project management experience.
* Demonstrated service excellence.
* Large scale budget management experience.
* Demonstrated diplomacy, commercial acumen and gravitas.
* Previous experience with legal or professional services is essential.
