Content and influencer executive

Windsor
PLUS 1 COMMUNICATIONS
Posted: 20 November
Offer description

As our Content and Influencer Executive, you will transform bold ideas into thumb-stopping content that amplifies client stories across social, digital, and communications channels.

You'll help to accelerate Plus 1's full-service communications offerings (internal, external, executive), crafting authoritative thought leadership, and driving client campaigns end-to-end.

You'll help to build and grow our influencer/talent arm, securing and activating both human and AI-driven personalities to elevate every campaign.

You'll thrive in a fast-paced agency setting, partnering with account directors, creative, digital strategists, and production teams to ignite buzz, spark conversation, and deliver measurable ROI for a diverse roster of brands. You will own Plus 1 Comms' own channels, positioning the agency as the 'go-to' full-service storytelling agency.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, vet, and negotiate with influencers whose style and audience align to client objectives and budgets.
* Develop influencer briefs, shot lists, usage rights agreements, and approval workflows.
* Manage end-to-end talent relationships: onboarding, briefing, fee schedules, usage rights, performance tracking, and renewals.
* Innovate by developing AI-driven influencers: conceive personas, oversee CG/animation partners, manage platform roll-out, and analyse engagement metrics.
* Liaise with relevant departments to manage contracts, fee schedules, and deliverable signoffs.

Full-Service Communications for Clients: Client Content & Thought Leadership

* Design and execute external communications programmes.
* Lead internal communications initiatives: employee newsletters, intranet content, leadership announcements, and change-management collateral.
* Advise on crisis and reputation management: draft holding statements, coordinate rapid response, and guide escalation protocols.
* Craft executive communications: speeches, investor decks, board materials, and stakeholder updates.
* Build pipelines of blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and bylines aligned to client objectives, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
* Interview client spokespeople to capture insights and shape compelling narratives.
* Integrate long-form content with social, influencer, and paid activations for cohesive multi-channel campaigns.

Content Creation & Management

* Collaborate with creative directors and account teams to develop multimedia assets (photos, videos, reels, TikTok's) tailored to each client's brand guidelines
* Attend on-site shoots, client events, and studio sessions to capture authentic, timely content
* Maintain and update shared content calendars and organised asset libraries for cross-agency access.

Agency & Senior Leadership Thought Leadership

* Develop by-lined articles, whitepapers, op-eds, and executive speeches that position our MD, CMO, and leadership as industry authorities
* Manage Plus 1's external comms and LinkedIn calendar - ideating topics, drafting, editing, securing approvals, and tracking performance.
* Secure placements in top-tier publications and speaking slots at industry events.

Owned Content & Social Media Channels

* Own Plus 1 Comms' social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, crafting, and scheduling posts that showcase agency culture, case studies, and thought leadership.
* Help produce multimedia assets (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, TikTok's) that elevate brand presence and attract clients and talent.
* Maintain and organise a content asset library and editorial calendar for seamless agency access.

Regional Strategy & Planning

* Conduct market and audience research to inform localised content themes, talent selections, and communications priorities
* Build activation calendars syncing global campaigns, agency initiatives, and regional events or cultural moments.
* Brief cross-functional teams on emerging social, comms, and talent trends to shape strategic direction.

Reporting & Insights

* Long-form content metrics (blog views, whitepaper downloads, thought-leadership engagement)
* Influencer and AI-talent activation results (reach, conversions, content performance)
* Internal and executive communications metrics (open rates, click-through rates, employee feedback)
* Deliver in-depth monthly and quarterly reports for clients, blending quantitative data (downloads, coverage volume, lead metrics) with qualitative insights (message resonance, Talent ROI, audience feedback).
* Translate data into strategic recommendations - fine-tuning content themes, Talent tiers, messaging cadence, and full-service communications approaches to maximise impact and ROI.
* Partner with analytics and account leads to feed learnings into future campaign planning, service development, and agency thought-leadership initiatives.

Internal Collaboration & Support

* Partner with account directors, creative, media, PR, digital, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign and comms delivery
* Drive agency-wide knowledge sharing via weekly updates, trend trackers, and inspiration board.
