Are you an experienced and organised finance assistant with strong accounting and interpersonal skills? If so, we invite you to become a part of our vibrant new SEN school, nestled in the breathtaking Surrey Hills
You will be responsible for
* Processing invoices, payments and receipts, checking supplier statements, reconcile bank statements and perform balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting cashflow reporting, budget monitoring and analysis
* Assisting with school fee management including billing, collection, reconcillation and liasion with the Local Authorities
* Providing administration support to the Head of Finance
* Managing transactional accounting in Xero and linked software (ApprovalMax, Dext, Pleo)
All staff play a key role in nurturing the wellbeing and personal development of our pupils, supporting their social and emotional growth and embodying the school's values and ethos each day. While experience of working in a school or supporting learners with autism would be advantageous, it is not essential. Full induction and ongoing training are provided as part of our commitment to professional excellence.
