This role is ideal for a growth oriented, tech savvy, relentlessly curious driver with experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients and preferably worked in high-growth, fast-scaling teams - Series A/B energy, fintech, SaaS, or clean tech.
With a direct line to the leadership team the Growth Marketing Manager would be required to:

5+ years in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
~ Proven track record of scaling brand awareness & lead generation in a high-growth company.
~ Deep experience with AI, automation, and growth marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn automation, any and all AI tools, programmatic ad platforms).
~ Experience in ABM (Account-Based Marketing) - targeting high-value B2B clients.
~ Highly collaborative - can work with Sales, Corporate Development, and Product to drive unified growth.
