We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, large domiciliary care provider. This is an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Development Lead to take full ownership of leading a team of 6 Regional Trainers and strengthening the organisation’s care training content to ensure it is scalable and commercially viable for external providers. Workforce Development Lead Responsibilities: Leading and mentoring a team of six Regional Trainers across multiple branches. Reviewing and developing high-quality, CQC-compliant training materials and frameworks. Ensuring consistency in training delivery nationwide. Designing and implementing scalable learning and development strategies. Supporting new service launches through tailored workforce development plans. Collaborating with senior leadership to align training with business growth plans. Preparing the training function for potential external delivery and income generation.
