This role, based in Bolton within the transformation department, drives operational projects to deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences through clinical and non-clinical initiatives. Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery using the ARC Project Management system, Prince2, and/or Agile methodologies. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; identify and mitigate risks/issues; facilitate meetings/workshops for stakeholder input and cross-functional collaboration. Coordinate teams, ensure role clarity and action follow-up; maintain high-standard documentation, process maps, and progress reports. Identify process improvements, manage resources/budgets, build positive team environments, and lead varied projects as business needs arise. Required Experience and Skills Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager, with proven delivery of medium/large-scale complex digital projects in fast-paced settings. Excellent organisational/time management, risk management, analytical/problem-solving skills; experience with MS Project or similar, advanced MS Office. Prince2 and/or Agile certification essential; leadership for cross-functional teams, strong communication, adaptability; desirable: healthcare/contact centre experience, business process mapping, change management, Lean/Six Sigma.
