Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with an Alternative Provision Academy to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Primary Behaviour Outreach Worker. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated Primary Outreach Team supporting local primary schools across St Albans and Hatfield.
The Role
In this rewarding position, you will:
* Work collaboratively with primary schools to support pupils presenting with behavioural needs.
* Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group interventions.
* Provide practical strategies and tailored guidance to pupils, parents, and school staff.
* Support schools in promoting positive behaviour and improving pupil outcomes.

* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle (mileage expenses covered).

* £27,000 - £32,000 Full-Time Equivalent (H5-H6), dependent on skills and experience.
