Hedin Enfield BMW is looking for a Credit Control Assistant.
Your role

As the Credit Control Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Group Sales Ledger and Credit Controller by maintaining accurate payment records and managing debt.
The main duties of the role include
* Handle queries from insurance companies, fleet companies, garages, and colleagues across departments.
* Manage accounts, send out monthly statements, and process invoices and credit notes.
* Chase overdue payments and liaise with departments to resolve queries.
* Update spreadsheets, prepare invoices, and ensure accurate financial records.
* Process card payments and refunds, and oversee credit account limits.
* Support financial administration and liaise with specialised accounts.
Basic Salary £24,000 per annum
Working hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
Your profile
* Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
* A methodical and organised approach to work
* Interest in accounts and credit control
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, creating spreadsheets and using basic formulas
* Previous admin experience preferred
