Winner Recruitment has an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator looking to take their next step and join a successful and award-winning team. Winner Recruitment is a privately owned recruitment specialist UK company with clients across various sectors.
The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of a newly acquired contract, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery to meet client requirements. The role involves working on-site with the client to ensure smooth operations and achieving KPIs and SLAs.
Shift and salary:
* From GBP27,000 DOE
* 5 of the 7 days, including weekends
* 14:00 to 22:00 (hours can be discussed)
Job responsibilities:
* Manage contact, recruit for multiple locations, build effective client relationships, and ensure operational delivery both onsite and remotely
* Based at client premises in Hinkley
* Achieve and exceed KPIs
* Update Account Manager on risks and opportunities
* Build strong client relationships and promote positive perception of Winner Recruitment
* Understand and fulfill client requirements consistently
* Ensure compliance and contingency planning at sites
* Manage workers including absence, pay queries, performance, and retention
* Conduct investigations and disciplinary/grievance procedures as needed
* Organize induction for new starters, including meet and greet, welcome packs, and uniforms
* Report accidents accurately and handle insurance claims
* Maintain a professional, calm, and proactive demeanor, reflecting Winner Recruitment's values
* Be flexible with working arrangements, especially during peak periods and when colleagues are away
Requirements:
* Full UK driving license and own vehicle
* Experience in building client relationships at all levels
* Proven success in managing and delivering results
* Experience with reporting and forecasting tools
* Strong people management skills and target-driven
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Client-facing skills for building sustainable relationships
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
* Good judgment and initiative

* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
