Job Title: Business Support Administrator / Receptionist (Fife Core Services) Location: LinkLiving Kirkcaldy office Hours: 16 per week (over 2 days, to be agreed) Are you passionate about helping people live better lives? Our services include personal development programmes, self-help coaching, supported accommodation, care at home, housing support, befriending and social cafés. The Service Fife Core Service provides reception and business support across multiple services. Based at West Bridge Mill, a busy multi-use building with accommodation, offices, training space and community services, you will be part of the core team supporting daily operations. The Role You will deliver a professional, customer-focused reception and administrative service to staff, residents, tenants and the public. Responsibilities include coordinating building repairs, liaising with contractors, and providing confidential administrative support across services such as Residential Accommodation, Better than Well, Older Person Services, Tenancy Support and Employability. You will be based at reception and must be flexible to cover leave and sickness, working independently when required. About You You are organised, motivated and able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. You have good IT skills and can quickly learn new systems. You work well independently and as part of a team, using initiative to solve problems and keep tasks on track. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and are confident handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries. You are committed to learning and continuous improvement.
