Key Responsibilities Assisting chefs and kitchen teams with basic food preparation Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods Following food safety and hygiene standards Shift Patterns Most roles are Monday to Friday, with flexible shifts starting between: 7am – 10am and finishing between 2pm – 6pm (depending on site).
