About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Ferrari Trainee Service Advisor at Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham. The key part of this role is managing inbound and outbound booking calls, scheduling customer appointments, providing clear information, and ensuring every caller receives exceptional service. You will support Service Advisors in offering outstanding customer care, act as the link between customers and the workshop, keep customers informed throughout their vehicle service, answer questions, liaise with technicians and workshop control to monitor progress and ensure timely completion. You will also offer clear and confident advice on our products and services. This is a fast‑paced role where customer care always comes first. You will build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver a professional and friendly experience.
About you
We welcome applications from individuals who are willing to learn and progress, even with no previous experience. Full training is provided through our in‑house Learning & Development team and Ferrari manufacturer training. Ideally, you will have strong organisational and administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, a customer‑focused approach, and experience in a busy call‑handling environment. Experience with Kerridge would be an advantage but is not essential.
