Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time Permanent, 5 days out of 7

What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
* Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
* Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
* Provide a superior level of customer service.
* Drive your own development by taking advantage of our digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways and see yourself grow in a supportive place powered by our people.
* In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.
