Our community is seeking a new inspirational leader with passion and commitment, to be our Headteacher. Willow Tree is a two form entry primary school with an accompanying nursery in the heart of a vibrant and diverse community. Willow Tree has an excellent reputation in the community for high educational standards and a nurturing approach. We have a wonderful modern building which is safe, welcoming, and reflective of the children and our community. We are an inclusive school where we encourage children to play, develop their abilities and where behaviour and attitudes are outstanding (Ofsted, 2025). Our curriculum offer is strong and enhanced by a range of trips and visits providing children with a wide range of experiences. Be a positive role model and reflective practitioner, with the ability to motivate children and staff alike, inspiring all to reach their full potential, whilst engaging and encouraging the appetite for learning within the whole school community, with sensitivity and understanding. Further a culture of collaboration and personal development with high regard for staff support, wellbeing, professional development and resilience. H ave a strong business and financial understanding and work collaboratively with our Business Manager and Governors to maintain our secure financial position while continuing to provide exceptional opportunities to our pupils. Work with our committed staff team to ensure we continue to strive for, maintain and look to improve the already high standards, as recognised in our recent OFSTED inspection, and further empower our middle and senior leaders to build upon the broad curriculum already in place.
