Our community is seeking a new inspirational leader with passion and commitment, to be our Headteacher. Willow Tree is a two form entry primary school with an accompanying nursery in the heart of a vibrant and diverse community. Willow Tree has an excellent reputation in the community for high educational standards and a nurturing approach. We have a wonderful modern building which is safe, welcoming, and reflective of the children and our community. Further a culture of collaboration and personal development with high regard for staff support, wellbeing, professional development and resilience. H ave a strong business and financial understanding and work collaboratively with our Business Manager and Governors to maintain our secure financial position while continuing to provide exceptional opportunities to our pupils. Work with our committed staff team to ensure we continue to strive for, maintain and look to improve the already high standards, as recognised in our recent OFSTED inspection, and further empower our middle and senior leaders to build upon the broad curriculum already in place.
