Salary: £120 – £130 per day (Depending on Experience)

As an Early Career Teacher (ECT), your Responsibilities will be:
* Deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students
* Support students’ academic and personal development in line with school expectations
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles
* Manage classroom behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
* Work closely with other teaching staff to support students' individual needs
* Take part in staff meetings, training sessions, and other school activities
* Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
Early Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS by September 2025
* A recent graduate of a recognised teacher training programme
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to create an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
