Key Responsibilities
* Excavation, trenching, and groundwork prep
* Installing drainage, foundations, utilities, and concrete structures
* Operating machinery (with training where needed)
* Working safely, efficiently, and as part of a great team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Previous experience in groundworks
* Blue CSCS card (required)
* Manual handling knowledge
* A strong safety mindset and team spirit
