* Leading the operational running of the practice

Practice Manager – Qualifications
Essential
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience managing teams and driving performance
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery
* Experience in healthcare, primary care, or similar environment (desirable)
* Strengths in operations, people management, or finance
Desirable
* Experienced Practice Managers, Deputy Managers, or candidates with transferable leadership experience in healthcare or service organisations
