What You'll Be DoingAs an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a student's journey-helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. Your role will include:
* Providing tailored one-to-one or small group support
* Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, nurturing classrooms
* Supporting students' emotional and academic development
* Helping manage behaviour and classroom routine
What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
* Experienced of working with children with SEMH needs, or working within a healthcare or care sector environment
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Great communicators and team players
* Ideally trained or qualified in SEMH support (not essential)
