As a Senior Activity Instructor, you will be supporting the Activities Manager and managing a team of instructors to deliver fun activities for all ages. Tasks include: Deliver high quality, safe and enjoyable activities, including watersports, bushcraft and land-based sessions, for individuals, school groups and corporate groups. Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish, assisting with the delivery of day-to-day operations. Use the online booking management system to ensure customers have a seamless experience when booking and checking in for hires, courses and events. Maintain hight standards of health and safety, housekeeping and presentation. Handle cash, retail systems and end-of-day process in line with company procedures. What does it take?
