Exams & Data Administrator – Secondary School Location: Haringey Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Start Date: ASAP A well-organised and supportive secondary school in Haringey is seeking an experienced Exams & Data Administrator to join their administration team on a full-time basis. This is a key role within the school, supporting both the examinations process and student data management to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the administration of internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with exam board and JCQ regulations. Coordinate exam entries, timetables, seating plans and results processing. Maintain and update student data records using SIMS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support the school with data reporting, attendance tracking and academic progress data. Liaise with senior leadership, teachers and exam invigilators to ensure the smooth running of exam periods. Provide administrative support to the wider school office where required. Requirements Previous experience working as an Exams or Data Administrator in a school. Strong working knowledge of SIMS is essential. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, particularly during exam periods.
