Accounting Duties
* Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
* Assist with payment processing.
* Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documentation and related correspondence.
Office Administration
* Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying and filing.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner.
* Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as required.
Requirements
* Prior experience in an accounts or administrative role is preferred.
* Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Conditions
* Office environment with standard working hours (09:30 - 17:30); occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.
