AP Electrical Maintenance Engineer FM Service Provider Canary Wharf, London Up to £50,000 + PackageExciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based at a commercial office building in Canary Wharf, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an AP Electrical Maintenance Engineer with previous or current HVAP/LVAP experience to work on a static commercial site, carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services.The successful candidate will be electrically qualified with a strong background in commercial building maintenance and experience working within a critical or high-profile environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable FM provider offering excellent overtime, further training, and long-term career progression.In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000, call-out allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday08:00 am 17:00 pmKey Duties & Responsibilities:Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and fabric systemsElectrical maintenance including lighting installations, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, and power distributionEmergency lighting testing and maintenanceMonitor and operate BMS systems, including hot & cold temperature checksCarry out maintenance on pumps, motors, chillers, and pressurisation unitsComplete minor plumbing works including unblocking toilets and basic repairsMaintain and update compliance records and site logbooksCarry out general building fabric maintenance when requiredDiagnose faults across building services equipment and proactively resolve issuesEnsure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company proceduresMaintain professional communication with client staff and site managementEscort and supervise specialist subcontractors on siteRemain flexible and assist with additional maintenance duties within skill set when requiredPackage:Salary: Up to £50,000 per annumCall-Out: 1 in 7Plenty of overtime available25 days holiday + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeFurther training and development opportunitiesExcellent career progression opportunitiesRequirements:Electrically qualified City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 318th Edition Wiring RegulationsPrevious or expired HVAP or LVAP certificationProven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilled across electrical, mechanical, and general building servicesStrong communication and client-facing skillsMust be able to provide copies of trade certificatesPlease send your CV to Bailey White at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information and to avoid missing out on this opportunity!TPBN1_UKTJ
