The Role We are looking for a Digital Online Sales & Customer Success Specialist to manage enquiries, qualify prospects, and book test drives, while also acting as a long-term customer advocate. You’ll be the link between initial interest and ongoing ownership — ensuring customers receive clear communication, timely updates, and a first-class experience that builds loyalty. Key Responsibilities Handle all incoming digital enquiries across Renault, Dacia and Alpine brand sites. Qualify potential buyers and manage follow-ups to maximise conversions. Book and confirm test drives, showroom appointments, and confirm valuations. Send accurate quotes, finance examples, and order confirmations. Keep Pinnacle CRM/DMS fully updated with accurate, detailed records. Maintain fast, accurate typing and keyboard entry to ensure system reliability. Follow up after test drives and sales to support customer success. Provide proactive ownership updates and build long-term relationships. About You Strong CRM skills with the ability to learn systems quickly (Pinnacle preferred). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Accurate and fast typing/keyboard skills are essential. Organised and able to handle multiple customer enquiries effectively. Comfortable in a target-driven environment with a customer-first approach. Previous sales, customer service, or customer success experience is beneficial.
