This unique role involves working for Nuffield Health at a client office, on-site in central London, supporting data analysis activities across multiple wellness services.
Person Specification
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred but not essential.
At least 2 years' experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in corporate health and wellness.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, R, Python, Excel).
Experience in visualisations and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Main duties and key responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
* Collecting and analysing employee wellness engagement data from various sources.
* Liaising with vendor partners to collate relevant data.
* Interpreting data, performing statistical analysis, and reporting insights to senior leaders.
* Building interactive dashboards from multiple datasets to support decision-making.
* Developing data collection systems to improve efficiency and quality.
* Collaborating with the EMEA Medical Director and Head of Wellness on data-driven strategies.
* Adding value to wellness projects through analytics.
* Ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
* Creating clear reports tailored to stakeholder needs.
* Supporting on-site wellness facilities with data-based projects and operational improvements.
