We are seeking
to appoint an Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day activities on the Africa Pandemic Sciences Collaborative, a high-profile initiative delivered in partnership with Science for Africa (SFA) Foundation, based in Nairobi, and Mastercard Foundation. Reporting to the Programme Officer, you will be a critical member of the team, providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to a range of activities. Responsibilities will include making overseas travel arrangements, scheduling and supporting meetings and events, document management, and basic financial administration. The role would suit a well-organised individual with an interest in global health and with excellent administration and communication skills.
