Location: Summerfield House, Kidderminster: Hybrid working
Salary: £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

About the role
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for leading a finance team, contributing to strategic decision-making at the senior management level, and shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage, mentor, and develop a finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
4. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, aligning financial plans with business objectives.
5. Monitor and optimise cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the financial health of the business.
6. Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
7. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits.
8. Support senior management with financial projects, system improvements, and business initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
1. A strategic thinker with a proven track record as a financial controller who is ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified.
