LSH Auto is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Aftersales Executive to join our prestigious Stockport dealership. This is a key leadership role, acting as a Deputy Manager within our Aftersales team, where you will be instrumental in delivering a 5-star customer experience and ensuring operational excellence across all customer touchpoints. Stockport | Full Time | £31,000 OTE Bonus | 45 Hours per Week About the Role As a Senior Aftersales Executive, you will take ownership of the front-of-house experience, ensuring every customer is welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their journey with us. You will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing the customer journey from pre-call to follow-up, and ensuring our team consistently delivers a prestige-level service. You will also oversee the day-to-day management of our busy car park, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and timely collections, while supporting the Aftersales Manager in achieving departmental goals. Requirements Key Responsibilities Lead the front-of-house experience, greeting customers and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores through proactive service delivery and team coaching. Ensure adherence to the full customer journey: pre-call, check-in, updates, communication, check-out, and follow-up. Manage customer enquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy. Oversee the coordination of vehicle handovers and car park operations to ensure efficiency and safety. Support the Aftersales Manager in driving team performance, process improvements, and service excellence. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking across the team.
