Senior Contract Manager
Salary: Competitive per annum plus bonus, company car/cash allowance, medical cover and pension
Grade: 6.2
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
Location: Hertfordshire

What you'll be doing;
Manage the delivery of municipal services across the East & North Herts contract including people, site & resources.
Deliver effective & safe services to maximum operational efficiency, within budget & to VMR standard. Develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders; client, members, residents, staff.
Ensure all operations are run in compliance to VMR and any appropriate legislation.
Manage contract and client to deliver key financial goals.
Working in close partnership with local operational teams to maximise service delivery
Providing clear, transparent & accurate reporting of business performance.
Delivering operational efficiencies through use of digital, asset utilisation and cost control.
Manage monthly financial performance.
Deliver the contract against required budgets and KPIs
Present contract reviews and monthly reports.
What we're looking for;
IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Managing Safely or equivalent
Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience
Waste management experience
Risk management & Fleet management experience
Client Management experience
