Role Overview As Business Operations Manager at Outserve, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of client projects and internal initiatives. Acting as the Integrator, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure that strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans and executed to a high standard. You will work closely with clients, leadership, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that make a tangible impact. You’ll be responsible for overseeing project timelines, removing obstacles, and ensuring everyone is aligned and accountable. You’ll also play a key role in process improvement, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will lead and inspire our team of specialists, ensuring they have the resources, tools and processes to deliver on our goals and continue to grow into high-performing individuals. Across development, data, accounts, projects and consulting in ecommerce—you don’t need to be an expert in every area, but you’ll get the best out of the team by creating efficiencies and implementing suitable systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team, fostering collaboration and professional growth. Plan, coordinate, and execute client implementations and internal projects. Act as the central point of contact between clients, leadership, and delivery teams. Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and ensure timely delivery in conjunction with the Project Manager. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, risks, and issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments. Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation in conjunction with the Project Manager. Mentor and support team members to unlock their potential and create a high-performance culture. Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and team effectiveness. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in operations or implementation roles. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferable experience with cloud-based systems and technology-driven environments. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting. A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. Oversee service delivery ensuring profitability and best value for clients. Seamless transition from project delivery to ongoing service delivery as a core element of the role.
