You’ll ensure all systems are operational, compliant, and maintained in line with client requirements and maintenance schedules. Working closely with our National Operations Centre, management teams, and external partners, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a professional, reliable, and customer focused service while ensuring the smooth operation of our monitoring software and deployed systems. Key Responsibilities Install, remove, and maintain security systems in line with company and client requirements Manage your own workload and maintenance schedules, including efficient route planning Carry out site surveys to assess system suitability and deployment viability Maintain accurate records and complete reports for all site visits in the relevant systems Monitor, manage, and account for all related stock and equipment Liaise closely with the National Operations Centre and operational management to ensure service excellence Ensure all work is carried out safely, following approved safe systems of work Adhere to all Ward Security compliance, operating procedures, and policies Undertake any additional duties required to support service delivery Fully support the Company Environmental Policy by complying with procedures, minimising environmental impact, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: Professional, and customer-focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving skills and calm under pressure Good working knowledge of operating systems and software applications Strong organisational, time management, and administration skills Good spoken and written English Full UK Driving Licence Previous customer service experience Desirable: Experience in the security industry Knowledge of Quality Management systems, British Standards, and Health & Safety
