Pay: From £166.32 per day (in line with the National Framework)

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Primary Teacher ready to make a difference in the classroom?
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Bridgend is seeking a Full-Time Supply Teacher to cover a long-term vacancy. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who can deliver engaging lessons and support pupils across a range of abilities.
The class consists of up to 30 pupils and benefits from the support of two full-time Learning Support Assistants (LSAs). You'll be encouraged to take ownership of the class, contribute to planning, and support all pupils to reach their full potential.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across the Primary National Curriculum
* Plan and differentiate lessons for pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN
* Use PPA time effectively for lesson preparation and assessment
* Collaborate with and direct LSAs during group and 1:1 interventions
* Foster a positive classroom environment and uphold the school’s behaviour policy
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to reports and development plans

What We’re Looking For:
* QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) in the UK or an equivalent recognised qualification
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2
* Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage all learners
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) – support provided if needed
* Organised, proactive, and dedicated to inclusive education
