Being the first point of contact for both new and existing customers via phone and email Liaising with international suppliers regarding product availability and pricing Creating accurate sales quotations and processing customer orders Ordering products from suppliers and maintaining the customer database Supporting finance admin including processing purchase invoices Assisting with in-house training and seminars (admin & event support) We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Ideally, experience with sales order processing or working within a supply chain environment (not essential) Excellent attention to detail the products are complex, so accuracy is key A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with customers and suppliers Comfortable working in a structured and quiet environment with a focus on quality and consistency Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple admin tasks efficiently What will you get in return for your work as a Sales Administrator?
