About the opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a U16s Assistant Head Coach to join our Everton Women’s Academy.
As U16s Assistant Head Coach, you will support coaching and match preparation for the Under 16’s team in a safe, secure, and supportive environment.
You will be present at all pitch-based training, technical and tactical sessions, and matches for the U16’s squad.
Your responsibilities include profiling the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes of each player to create and agree on individual development programs.
Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within elite football.
You should have experience supporting players in youth and professional development phases, with the ability to tailor feedback based on the audience.
Essentially, you must hold a minimum UEFA B License, FA Advanced Youth Award, and demonstrate good safeguarding practices, contributing to our player-centered approach at the Academy.
This position is part-time, working 8 hours per week on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
