Are you a passionate recruiter who thrives on making a difference? I’m working with a fantastic charity based near Twickenham who are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in shaping the organisation’s recruitment strategy – not just for paid staff, but also for volunteers who are vital to the charity’s mission. You’ll be joining a values-led organisation that’smitted to building a diverse and inclusive culture, and you’ll be instrumental in helping them grow their workforce and volunteer footprint.
Your new role
1. Managing end-to-end recruitment for staff and volunteers
2. Partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and create engaging adverts
3. Coordinating campaigns with Marketing and using social media to attract talent
4. Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting selection processes
5. Producing recruitment reports and metrics for the leadership team
6. Managing the ATS and volunteer database
7. Supporting policy development and delivering recruitment training
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience in recruitment
9. Confident using ATS systems and recruitment metrics
10. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
11. Organised, proactive and able to work independently
12. Experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector is a bonus!
